Each row has its own unit dropdown (L1 base / L2 / L3 / per Kg) — change it and that row's prices convert instantly (base rate × pack size). Your per-row choices are remembered. "Set all rows to" applies one level to every row. Last Purchase Price = latest Stock Inward in the same unit (red = over 10% above default, green = over 10% below; ⚠ struck-through = more than 5× off the master rate — a wrong PACT entry, ignored in costing). * = that level is not defined for the item — its default level is shown. Final Price = the price used in BOM Ideal, Summary and Cost Deviation: the higher of Default and Last Purchase — editable; an edited price shows in bold orange (clear the box to go back to the formula).
Every raw material / packing item used as a BOM input. Wastage Yield % is prefilled from the PACT BOM wastage and is editable — it drives the Issue Qty (Yield) column in BOM Ideal for every item: Issue Qty (Yield) = Usage Qty ÷ (1 − Wastage Yield %). Edited values are saved in this browser and survive PACT re-syncs; bold orange = edited (differs from PACT).
All factory BOMs; approved ones are green (approve in BOM Ideal). Outlet recipes are collapsed below — double-click the line to open. Ideal costing uses the higher of Product Master rate and last purchase rate. All costs per unit (UOM). Production Cost = (Processing + Primary + Secondary ₹/Kg) × Wt/Unit. ⚠ = weight needs checking (hover for reason). Min Selling is editable. Double-click a row for the detailed cost.
Food & Packing = PACT actuals at Product Master rates. Ideal Yield, Min & Derived Selling from the Ideal BOM. Green = BOM approved. Day-wise summary clubs all batches of a product on a date (Ideal = ideal yield × batches). Double-click a row for detail.
Ideal cost = BOM issue quantities scaled to the batch's actual output × Product Master rate. Actual cost = PACT actual quantities × current rate (last purchase, else Product Master). Material variance = (actual − ideal qty) × PM rate — excess or saving in usage. Rate variance = (current − PM rate) × actual qty — price increases. Double-click a row to see which materials were over-used and which rates went up.
Simple BOM report from BOM Ideal (factory BOMs). AI Remarks = automatic BOM validation: stage yields, PACT issue qty vs wastage %, vegetable wastage, rates, unit conversions, weights, packing quantities and your Remarks-section inputs (pieces / yield loss). ✖ = must fix · ⚠ = check · ✔ = clean. Double-click a row to open its Remarks & validation panel.
Validation report — actual production vs ideal, in quantity and rate. Output: ideal = BOM batch yield × batches produced vs actual FG qty. Cost: ideal = PMR request qty × Product Master rate vs actual = issued qty (÷ (1 − wastage)) × current rate, split into quantity variance (issued − PMR) × PM rate and rate variance (current − PM rate) × issued. Double-click a product for its materials; by-material view aggregates every job in the date range.
Finished goods from the Product Master. Category and packing level are dropdowns on every row — a category you choose here is used for that product's processing rate in all costing (BOM Ideal, Summary, Batch). Default Packing Size = the L1/L2/L3 level set as DefaultBarcodePrintUOM, shown as base quantity per pack. * = no default level set in PACT — largest pack level shown.
